Retractable workplate.
Excellently suited for the waistband felling in trousers. By means of the spring-loaded rib shaft (plunger) the needle pierces only the upper cloth layer when sewing over pockets and belt loops. The spring pressure is adjustable. The arched detachable workplate and the extended presser feet prevent belt loops and pockets from getting caught and preventing a smooth feed. The wider open presser feed facilitate the handling and the insertion of the waistband.
