Description:
High-performance blind stitch machine for roll-padding of collars and flaps for the high-quality fabrication of jackets and coats.Rib shafts/plungers are located almost vertically below the needle plate. This guarantees an accurate stitch for thin and thick fabrics. The roll horn and a round shaped piece below the needle plate permit real and good roll-padding operations.
The machine is equipped with a long and strong arm and thus with a large clearance height. This is especially advantageous for the fabrication of coats. Arm and base plate are cast from one piece and the machine therefore runs very smoothly, even at high speeds.
By taking off the roll horn, the round shaped piece and by means of the retractable support plate also other hemming operations can be carried out.  For this reason the machine is most suitable at locations where universal blind stitch sewing machines are needed - for menswear and womenswear production as well as for tailor shops etc.
